The 3 Cloth Race is a deceptively simple yet powerful team building activity that tests coordination, communication, and synchronized movement. Teams of 3 must navigate a course using only 3 cloth pieces as stepping platforms — no one can touch the ground directly. This forces teams to develop real-time communication protocols, build trust, and move as one unit. The activity perfectly demonstrates how teams that communicate clearly and trust each other can overcome any obstacle, no matter how constrained the resources.
