Matt Crossover challenges teams to navigate across a grid of mats following a secret pattern known only to the facilitator. Team members must cross one at a time, discovering the correct path through trial and error while the rest of the team watches, learns, and remembers. When someone steps on a wrong mat, they must return and the next person tries. The activity powerfully demonstrates organizational learning, knowledge transfer, and how teams can build on collective experience.
